About Sunrise Property Solutions

Sunrise Property Solutions was born in February of 2022 when my brother, cousin, uncle, and my father were on a group FaceTime discussing business ideas for the lake.

We all came to a consensus that the lake area could benefit from more quality in service-based businesses and that people want their second home to be PERFECT when they arrive… no broken pipes, clean exteriors, and mostly importantly for some, a clean boat. Those are the main reasons Sunrise Property Solutions exists. My brother, cousin and I decided to take on these needs for the lake that Summer and it turned out to be a success!

Whether you let us take care of the whole house, or only come over for a day to clean the boat, you will get the best out of us. Why should you believe me? What if I told you we believe in seeing every detail in our work, because it reflects our character? Or if I told you that we train our employees how to complete the job beyond expectations because it builds better habits for themselves? We believe in the phrase, “The way you do one thing is how you do everything”, and prefer playing the long game in everything we do… Do I want to do an amazing job for a homeowner just to earn a tip or to create a long-lasting relationship with that homeowner to hire us back next year and beyond? Am I training employees to be the best power washer or am I giving them lessons through work experience to take with them in every other part of their life?
